The Role:

The Distribution Centre Manager is responsible for ensuring our warehouse operations are run as effectively and efficiently as possible.  Reporting directly into the Chief Operating Officer, this role will also be critical in determining a distribution and logistics strategy to match our future growth goals across Canada and the US. 

Supervisory responsibilities:

This role overseas a team of supervisors as well as the full-time and part-time warehouse associates.

Key responsibilities:

This role plans, manages, and oversees:

+ order fulfillment – creating and implementing strategies for efficient and productive pick and pack workflows and goals

+ warehouse capacity and product organization – work with the production team to manage incoming inventory deliveries and creating necessary space to stock them

+ product and supply inventory management – oversee quality checks, inventory counts, supply ordering, and variance reconciliations

+ logistics and delivery – work closely with different carriers to ensure timely and cost effective delivery

+ staff management and development –ensuring the warehouse team is scheduled effectively to meet daily and weekly demands, while supporting their ongoing learning and development

+ staff health and safety – ensuring the team is working in a safe and clean environment that follows applicable health standards and regulations

+ future operations – working with the COO in creating strategies to scale and modernize our distribution and logistics operations


Our ideal candidate has:

+ 3-5 years of leadership experience within a warehouse environment

+ proficiency in Microsoft Office,ShipStation, and/or Xorosoft

+ strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

+ a professional demeanor and excellent problem-solving skills combined with a strong customer experience orientation

+ the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects within an ambitious and fast-paced environment

+ the desire and capacity to motivate and manage a growing team

+ the ability to lift 30-50 lbs

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our product team and ensure our Rompers live up to the hype!

Responsibilities include:

+ Weekly in-line inspections at key factories to inspect on going, Cutting, Sewing, trimming and packing.

+ Inspect final shipments before garments leave the factory.

+ Check and confirm bulk fabric deliveries to factories against packing list.

+ Coordinate trim and sample delivery / collection between factories and HQ

+ Work cross functionally with the Production Coordinator, Product Developer and factory manager to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

We are looking for somebody who:

+ Owns a vehicle and valid driver’s license

+ Has great attention to detail.

+ Is proficient with Microsoft Office

Order Fulfillment Associate

As a key member of the team, our Order Fulfillment Associates are responsible for not only providing the correct product to our customers, but also the best experience when our customers receive their product. Packaging by-hand means that products are treated with the ultimate care up to the point of the customer receiving their item. 

The Role

The Order Fulfillment Associate will perform an array of functions including but not limited to: Receiving and processing incoming product, picking and filling customer orders, organizing product stock and processing returns, exchanges and damages in a timely manner. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work alone as well as with a team, and must be able to meet project timelines. With a small but mighty team, working at a fast pace and with the highest efficiency is critical to the success for this role, along with a love of Rompers and similar products. 

In addition to our core roles, our team members take pride in the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse by constantly upkeeping and improving it to ensure efficient and effective workflow. Regular inventory counts are also required, and excellent counting skills and a detailed focus mindset are key to the success of this role.

As a key member of the team, the Customer Care Associate is responsible for the first point of contact with customers via email and social channels.
